Brian Ted Jones is a lawyer and writer in Oklahoma City, and a candidate for Democratic Party Vice-Chair, along with his running mate, Anna Langthorn. Brian is a citizen of the Choctaw Nation, and was born in Talihina, Oklahoma in 1984. He graduated from Talihina public schools in 2002, St. John's College in 2006, and the University of Oklahoma law school in 2009. He worked as a criminal defense lawyer for six years while developing a body of work as a freelance journalist for Oklahoma Today and This Land magazines. In 2016, he was tapped by Oklahoma City-based Kirkpatrick Foundation to engage in a wide-ranging effort to educate the public about State Question 777. His wife, Jennifer Boyle, is an environmental lawyer, and they have two sons, Oscar and GuyJack.
